Our General Service Includes- Inspection and Treatment of the interior and exterior perimeter of your home for pests such as ants, spiders, earwigs, and other non-wood destroying insects; removal of all accessible spiderwebs and small wasp nests. Minor rodent control and spot treatments of problem areas between services as needed at no extra charge.

While we can't guarantee that your home will be completely free of pests, we can guarantee that if you call us, we will return to take care of any problem areas at no extra charge.*** 

When you sign up for service with our company you will need to sign a service agreement, however it is not a contract. The service agreement just lets you know which service was agreed upon and the agreed price for the year. It also gives us permission to use pesticides on your property. 

We know that occasionally financial issues may arise, (after all life is unpredictable sometimes) if you need to reschedule a service we will be happy to change your service date. You will only be charged for a service when it is actually performed. 

Although we want to keep our customers for as long as possible, we will never charge a cancelation fee if you decide to cancel services with our company. **

You will never reach an automated system or call center when you contact us. We believe in a more personable experience, that is why a real person will answer your calls, emails and/or text messages. There will be times when you might need to leave a message when calling, but a live local person will contact you back using your preferred method of communication in a timely manner.

Although our company is new, our primary pest control technician Matt is not, he has over 12 years of experience in pest control. Matt is well educated on different type of pests so if you have questions, he usually has the answer. He has worked for a couple of big corporations as well as a couple of small companies. While working for these companies he has learned what customers expect from their pest control company as well as their technician, and the best way to control pests.
